Tuscany Travel Diary

{Florence}

Known for its lush green countryside, terracotta roof houses, and Chianti wine, Tuscany has got a lot on offer. An incredibly picturesque region of Italy, it’s no wonder each of its cities are full of talented artists and painters lining the streets, waiting patiently for their next sale.  A bike ride around the walled city of Lucca was charming at dusk. Enjoying an early dinner in Pisa, overlooking the Piazza dei Miracoli (Field of Miracles), with the Baptistery and Cathedral to our left, the Leaning Tower to our right. The endless, overflowing stalls of leather jackets, bags and boots were any shopaholic’s dream in Florence.
Pisa. Lucca. Florence. Tuscan delights in my eyes.
